The typical marjorcan village house Casa Madita 8P is located in a calm area in the village Valldemosa on the Balearic Island Mallorca in Spain. Shops, supermarktes, bars and restaurants are nearby. And the lovely sand beaches of Mallorca are only 5 km away from the holiday house. This lovely old but renovated village house (219 sqm) consists of three floors and is well tasted rustic furnished in majorcan style. The holiday home offers a comfortable living room with a fireplace and satelite tv, a dining area which is located in the entrance hall, a separte fully equipped kitchen with store room, four bedrooms each with a double bed or two single beds, three bathrooms (one of them bad en suite) and a separate toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with television. Outside of the holiday home there is a nice furnished terrace, which is partly covered, a beautiul garden (150 sqm) with lawn and a private swimming pool (20 sqm) with sunbeds and a pool shower. There is also a barbeque and a parking place. Advice: The holiday house is equipped for 12 persons with 6 bedrooms. A occupancy of only 8 persons means that we also offer only 4 bedrooms.
